About Baltimore Curriculum Project
City Springs Elementary/Middle School has been operated by Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP) since becoming a neighborhood conversion charter school in 2005. As Maryland’s largest operator of neighborhood public charter schools, BCP provides innovative, research-based instruction, intensive teacher development, and strong operational support to help Baltimore students thrive.
BCP partners with Baltimore City Public Schools, families, and community organizations to create safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where every student can succeed.
