Announcement For In-Person Learning

City Springs will reopen for in-person learning for grades PK-5 on April 12.

Parents have the option to remain virtual. Grades 6, 7, and 8 will remain virtual for the remainder of the school year.

Message From Our Principal

Being away from our students for so long has been difficult for all of us, and I want so much for us to be back together again in school, however, I also care deeply about the safety and wellbeing of our students, their families, our teachers, our administrators, and all staff. About City Springs

City Springs Elementary/Middle School is a public charter school located in Baltimore’s Perkins Homes neighborhood and operated by the Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP). We are a conversion charter school, which means we were an already-existing Baltimore City Public School that was taken over by BCP to bring innovative and research-based curriculum and other programs to enhance the school.
